This is my M.F.A. thesis project for the USC Interactive Media Program.
Farosia is a game about jumping. Drawing heavily upon elements of ritual design, Farosia creates a meaningful experience centered around a deep exploration of a simple game trope.
My main focus on this project was research into ritual mechanics and how they can inform game design. You can read all my fascinating findings in my thesis paper.
